Lofty...

Where do I begin?  This limestone loft mansion in Tribeca, New York has some of the most timeless architecture.  I love how they kept the old brick and added the perfect amount of textures... stunning!

Can you believe this space is 30,000 sq ft?

  2. Even by Tribeca standard, this is incredibly impressive! Stunning. Most of my projects are in Tribeca but this is on a scale of its own...especially at starting prices of $1500 to $3000 a square foot.

  7. Fabulous space - the light is incredible!! I love the way it streams across the brick walls and reflects off the polished ceilings and floors. The rooms feel old and new and full of energy.

  8. Timeless, yes and would you ever expect such a modern interior? Both outside as inside, this is a great home. The cool yet cozy ambience and I like the brick walls too. And not to forget the amazing roof terrace. Hey why could it not be mine?
