A Charming Little Mill House

Nothing I love more than a beautiful renovation which holds to its history!
This charming mill house is now the perfect family domain.  It sits along the river Loire in France and I can't think of a more beautiful place!

... so soothing and relaxing

all images are from the beautiful blog Desde my Ventana!

  3. Absolutely dreamy. I wish I could escape there for a few weeks all by myself with a few great books, a fridge full of goodies and silence, peace and my own company!! How wonderful it would be to hear myself think...and to finally be able to relax in the calm and serenity of such a magical spot. Just perfect!!
(On second thought I would let hubby come as I know he would appreciate it but he would be complaining of bordeom 2-3 days into so we will have to make it a long weekend..lol)

  6. So beautiful...I'm always drawn to homes that have ivy growing on the facade. It's very romantic.
