Tine K Of Denmark

I can never get enough of this company... Tine's take on French/Scandinavian influence goes beyond the traditional.  The combinations of chalky, smokey gray hues with hints of pastel purples and blues give this style a sense of creative personality.   The aesthetic of this company allows one to to build off the look and be creative:

Loving The Barn...

Just came across the most perfect barn!!  Rachel Halverson helped inspire this perfect sanctuary and I'm floored by her interpretation of rustic country.
I'm sure many of you follow Rachel's amazing blog called Nest Egg, but if you haven't... It's a must!!  This girl has vision!!

Hints of the Past...

I love fearless design - those who use antique building materials, or those who choose to try and keep the integrity of an old home.  Below are images that capture texture and contrast of decorative elements previously overlooked:

Rustic & Charming...

I have been on the prowl for reclaimed wood furniture and beams.
I think they add the perfect amount of charm and earthiness to any home.
The juxtaposition of rough and refined is so timeless - not to mention kid friendly!
