Cozy...

Well it's that time of year again where all I want to do is sit in front of the fire with hot cocoa.
I love these soothing, cozy rooms - they encourage one to have a clear mind while de-cluttering the senses.

I love these color combinations: nautical whites, chalk, ice blue, silver birch, stainless steel, chrome, gunmetal, gustavian gray, black truffle, gray ash and pewter colors.  They compliment the monochromatic perfectly.

"Monochromatic is the easiest scheme to achieve as it is based on one color, which is adjusted by adding white to lighten or black to darken, producing a tint or shade respectively."
-David Oliver, The Paint Library

I hope you're all having a wonderful week!
